Enter the email address you sign in with and we will send you a link to choose a new password. Your authenticator app is not changed: you will still need a code from it when you sign in.
Lost your authenticator app as well? Email info@up-side.org: we will confirm it is you another way, then help you set up a new one.
Stichting UpSide uses the address you enter to find your account and email you this link and, if you use it, a notice that your password was changed. The link stops working after 1 hour, and our record of it is deleted within two days. Our security log notes that a reset was requested and used, and keeps that for 12 months like the rest of the log. If no account uses the address, we send nothing and keep only a scrambled anti-abuse counter for 1 hour. See our privacy statement.
